Holiday Inn Express & Country Inn & Suites-Bensenville, IL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with a focus on guest satisfaction. This full-time role features evening shifts and opportunities to advance within the hotel operations.

IHG/HotelKey experience is a plus, but strong customer-service experience is also valued. Join our team and grow in the hospitality industry while contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Formación

• 1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferred OR strong customer-service experience.
• IHG/HotelKey experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Available for evening shifts and some weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and provide a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
• Handle reservations, phone calls, payments, and guest requests.
• Assist guests with Park, Sleep & Fly packages.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate front desk records and daily operations.
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
