Responsibilities

• Job Tasks must be finishedin a timely manneraccording to department standards
• Adhere to department and property policies and proceduresregardingguest service standards.
• This is a uniformed position, which requires that team members are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
• Greet guests with a smile and pleasant dispositionin a timely manner.
• Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages.
• Keeprecordof room availability and guest’s accounts, manually or by computer.
• Computebill, collectpayment, and makechangefor guests.
• May post and correct charges to guest’s folios (bills).
• Make and confirm room reservations forguests.
• Assistin the group salesefforts as specified by Hotel Leadership.
• Complete all necessary reports as assigned by your supervisor.
• Answer all incoming calls routed to the operator in a knowledgeable and professional manner; Alert other operators to calls holding.
• Direct calls to the proper extension.
• Make paging announcements in a clear and professional manner.
• Establishaccurateaccounts for players based on data entry guidelines, issue cards and explain the program to them.
• Update accounts with information changes and obtain missing information on player accounts.
• Answer questions about theMyChoiceprogram, packages, transportation services, parking, facilities, hotels, restaurants, shopping, travel directions, and all events and promotions.
• Familiar with menu items, pricing, hours of operation and current specials with daily operations.
• Keepareaneat,cleanand stocked with necessary supplies, including Hotel Lobby.
• Turn in all cash and accounting paperwork using proper procedures in a neat and organized manner.
• Always conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive professional image.
• Must be able to gain knowledge of the different coupons andexpirationdates.
• Assistwith training new team members until they are proficient and exceed Cactus Petes Casino Standards.

Requirements
