Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about what to expect during their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurance and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
