Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from patients and staff; triage as needed.
• Perform receptionist duties with professionalism.
• Verify insurance payment information and educate patients on regulations; collect payments.
• Enter service charges and diagnostic codes; record charges for physicians and clinics.
• Coordinate with Central Billing Office to ensure charges are captured and collected.
