You will verify patient information, enter demographics, balance charges, and support the business office with accuracy and professionalism in a busy ophthalmology practice offering advanced eye care.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of practice management software

• Ability to handle patient complaints professionally
• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish or other)

Responsibilities

• Check in: greet patients and verify information
• Check-out: balance charges and collect payments
• Enter patient demographics into the system accurately
• Schedule follow-up appointments/recalls and maintain schedules
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and comfort for patients
• Support administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism
• Attend to miscellaneous duties as assigned
