NovaCare in Morris, MN is seeking a Full-time Front Desk/Patient Service Specialist (PSS) for our physical therapy clinic located at SCMC. This is a weekday-only role with no evenings, weekends or holidays.

Compensation starts at $18-$25 hourly, commensurate with years of experience. Responsibilities include patient registration, insurance verification, co-pay collections, obtaining referrals and authorizations, greeting patients, answering phones, and general administrative tasks.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person to join our team! Previous office experience and computer skills are preferred.

This is a week day (M-F) position with no evenings, weekends or holidays.

Compensation: starting at $18-$25 hourly commensurate on years of experience

Our Patient Service Specialist are similar to medical office assistants with duties including, but not limited to:

• Patient Registration
• Insurance verification
• Co-pay collections
• Obtaining referrals and authorizations
• General facility upkeep
• Greeting patients
• Answering telephones and additional administrative functions
