Job summary

PartnerCare is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join Axis Spine and Pain Center in Macon, GA. You will be the first face patients see, handling reception, scheduling, and phone inquiries to ensure a welcoming and efficient patient experience.

The role requires excellent customer service, basic medical office experience, and familiarity with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks). We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a 401(k) plan with matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous work in medical field preferred.
• EMR experience with eClinicalWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and community members.
• Welcome and check in patients upon arrival.
• Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and accounts.
• Schedule new patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring professional communication by phone and mail.
• Train new staff members and coordinate front office coverage.
• Provide additional administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
