Peak Physical Therapy, a member of Confluent Health, is hiring a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our Paradise Valley team. You are the first voice patients hear and the first face they see, setting a warm, organized tone from the initial call through every visit.

This fast-paced role requires calm ownership, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while supporting patients and the clinical team. The position offers a clear growth path and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing or patient-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
• Comfort communicating on the phone with patients, including upset callers.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Answer phones, triage requests, and direct to appropriate staff.
