Lone Peak Physical Therapy is hiring a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our Confluent Health family in Bozeman, MT. You will be the first voice and face patients encounter, providing a welcoming, organized, and professional experience from the initial call through every visit.

The role is fast-paced and multi-tasking, with duties including check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, HIPAA compliance, and patient outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience at medical front desk or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, EMR, email and spreadsheets.
• Ability to discuss payments, scheduling expectations, and insurance clearly.
• Calm, patient-centered approach and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression for patients and visitors.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone calls.
• Review, schedule, and follow up on referrals and patient records.
• Maintain patient flow by confirming appointments and handling waitlists.
• Collect copays and payments accurately and professionally.
• Uphold HIPAA standards in all interactions and documentation.
