Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare or patient-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient check-in/check-out with warmth and efficiency.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and front-desk operations.
• Answer calls, triage inquiries, and route to appropriate team members.
• Support billing tasks such as collecting payments and processing referrals.
• Prepare for daily huddles and ensure a clean, welcoming reception area.
