Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of office experience preferred, medical field a plus.
• Valid driver's license; local travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients; answer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Handle cash collection and daily balancing.
• Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, and mail flow.
• Maintain reception area security and cleanliness.
• Coordinate patient appointments and relay information to supervisors.
• Process intakes and upload documents in HER/EMR.
• Attend trainings and complete required courses on schedule.
