Norton Healthcare, Inc. in Louisville is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact in our clinic. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, greet patients and families, collect registration and insurance data, and update billing systems to keep patient flow smooth.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Desirable: ability to speak Spanish and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Answering telephone and determining nature of patient calls; scheduling appointments; routing calls; taking messages; pulling charts and updating billing system data.
• Facilitating patient flow and greeting patients and families; collecting registration and insurance data.
• Charge entry, referrals and pre-certifications; scheduling of specialist appointments and diagnostic tests.
