Lake Lucerne Lifestyle Dentistry in Orlando, FL is seeking a warm, motivated Front Desk Patient Advocate to be the welcoming face of our practice, delivering an exceptional experience from the first hello in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

You will greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, process payments, maintain accurate records, answer calls, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Multilingual communication is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Prior dental or medical front desk experience.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix).
• Familiarity with patient communication systems (NexHealth, Weave).
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes (Overjet).
• Multilingual capabilities in office languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage.
• Collect and process patient payments, co-pays, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and follow up on treatment plans.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office.
