Overview

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing courteous front desk services to guests by delivering products and services that result in a pleasant hotel stay and overall gaming experience.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Checking out vacant and clean (due out) rooms and updating room statuses in the system.
• Running alert date reports.
• Reviewing out-of-order and off-market rooms daily for validity.
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest requests.
• Responding to guests checking out via video check-out.
• Offering bell assistance to guests upon departure and verifying correct room rates.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience, Education, and Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of Front Desk/Hotel Operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Exceptional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work standing for long periods.
• Technologically savvy, able to operate and input data into a computer.
• Basic math skills for guest payments.
• Ability to follow procedures in standard situations.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong mathematical skills related to job responsibilities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively in English.
