Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking Night Auditors to act as overnight ambassadors, ensuring seamless guest service and accurate end-of-day operations. You will be the go-to contact for guests arriving late or departing early, supporting front desk operations across Summit Hotel, Village Center, and Huntley/Shoshone Lodge.

Responsibilities include running nightly audit reports, reconciling transactions, and assisting guests with inquiries while coordinating with other overnight teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn.
• Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Available for overnight shifts, typically 11:00pm – 7:00am.
• Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds.
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
• Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for late-night inquiries and guest needs.

• Process credit card and cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with Security and other overnight departments as needed.
• Stay informed on all resort activities, dining options, and amenities to assist guests at any hour.
• Collaborate with Bell, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming front desk presence while standing for extended periods.
• Protect guest privacy and respond appropriately to unusual activity or behavior.

Our Night Auditors are the overnight ambassadors of Big Sky Resort, responsible for ensuring seamless guest service and accurate end-of-day operations.
