In this role, you will ensure a welcoming environment for guests by keeping guest-facing areas spotless and adhering to high cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and be comfortable with physical work, including lifting. This position also offers a FREE ski pass and other great benefits.

Responsibilities

As a Night Cleaner, you will:

• Work as part of a dedicated overnight cleaning team to ensure Vista Hall is spotless and ready for the next day’s service
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest-facing spaces, kitchen areas, floors, equipment, restrooms, and dining rooms
• Operate cleaning tools and chemicals in a safe and effective manner, adhering to safety standards and resort cleaning protocols
• Perform routine inspections and walkthroughs to maintain consistency and quality
• Communicate maintenance or cleaning issues promptly to the Night Cleaner Supervisor
• Support team success by accepting and giving feedback professionally
• Take pride in upholding the Big Sky Resort standards for cleanliness and service
