Job summary

Power Wellness is seeking a Part Time Member Services Associate at Piedmont Wellness Center to join a team dedicated to improving community health. You will manage front-desk duties, enroll members, process payments, and provide information on wellness programs and events.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate sales handling, and proficiency with the Compete software for scheduling and record-keeping.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills preferred.
CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to work with members in a positive, service based manner.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor.
Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee service desk operations: opening/closing, phones, POS, guest check-in, and info on activities.
Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services.
Schedule appointments using Compete software, with reminders and cancellations.
Balance daily sales drawers; apply card/check policies.
Enroll members via contract, explain plans, collect signatures and payments, provide handbook.
Maintain effective radio communication with departments.
Aim for satisfaction metrics like Secret Shops and member surveys.
Maintain ~5 shifts per month.
Able to stand for 3–6 hour shifts.
Other duties as assigned.
