Perfect Performance NOVA is seeking a Front Desk Associate at our sports institute and training facility. You will greet members, manage check-ins, answer calls, and engage with leads to boost membership through referrals and outreach.

A personable, sales-driven attitude is essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, strong communication, and reliable time management, with a high school diploma and proficiency in MS Office.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous customer service or sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the facility.
• Check the members in as they enter the facility.
• Answer phone calls and assist members as needed.
• Communicate with in bound leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Communicate with outbound leads and potential partners through calls, texts, emails and in-person meetings.
• Contact local businesses about sponsorship.
• Provide an excellent onboarding experience.
• Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints.

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join the team at our successful sports institute and training facility! As a Front Desk Associate, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, cold calls, walk-in visits and lead conversions. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness and sports performance.
