Yoga Joint NY is seeking a Front Desk (Membership Experience Associate) to warmly welcome clients, learn their needs, and foster a welcoming community at our Brooklyn studio. You will support daily operations, assist with class reservations, and help create memorable guest experiences that reflect our brand.

This part-time role values hospitality, reliability, and energetic engagement with members. The position offers morning and evening shifts, weekend availability, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and deliver top-of-the-line experiences.
• Available to work mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with clients and learn their needs to build community.
• Support daily studio operations including check-in, account assistance, and class reservations.
• Celebrate client milestones and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and care of the facility; uphold studio standards.
• Help with promotions, events, and guest experiences.
