Job summary

YWCA of Asheville and WNC is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to welcome all guests, process memberships, and support programs. The role requires friendly, inclusive service, basic tech use, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a busy community facility.

The position involves greeting visitors, assisting with enrollments, managing passes through Daxko, and coordinating with staff to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members using the fitness center,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and/or demonstrated reliability and customer service experience.
Proven ability to provide warm, inclusive service to diverse guests.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment for all people accessing the YWCA as a top priority.
Greet all members and guests with warmth, professionalism, care, and intentionality.
Engage guests and members in meaningful conversation, building rapport and trust.
Listen to guest and member concerns with empathy and elevate issues as needed.
Assist with memberships, enrollments, renewals, and data entry in Daxko.
