Picklr Bozeman is seeking a friendly Front Desk Client Service representative to be the welcoming face of our facility in Bozeman, MT. You'll greet members, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and process payments while maintaining a polished pro shop and front desk.

The role includes event coordination support and a free Picklr pickleball membership, with a dynamic, energetic team and a fast-growing community surrounding the sport.

Qualifications

• Previous client service, front desk, or pro shop sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with basic MAC computer systems, scheduling software, Excel and POS systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Passion for sports, recreation, or an active lifestyle is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests with a positive, professional attitude.
• Manage court reservations, scheduling, and facility bookings with our PLay-by-Point POS system.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about memberships and programs.
• Process payments, memberships, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and pro shop.
• Assist with facility events, leagues, and open play coordination as well as participate in off-site marketing events.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
