You will greet members, answer questions about memberships and classes, process enrollments, handle POS tasks, and provide tours while delivering friendly, professional service in a busy studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Creating an outstanding customer service experience.
• Greeting members and answering questions about memberships or classes.
• Being reliable and on time.
• Answering telephones and corresponding with members.
• In-processing members and entering information into the computer system.
• Multi-tasking with a positive customer service attitude.
• Handling POS tasks including enrollments, scheduling, and class registrations.
• Giving facility tours.
• Assisting in prospecting/lead processes and quality checking memberships & paperwork.
• Maintaining accuracy in paperwork and data entry; general housekeeping tasks.
