Job summary

Cornerstone Clubs, a premier Health and Wellness Facility in Central Bucks County, is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative to work at our New Hope front desk. Weekend and evening shifts are required; year-round position; not accessible by public transportation.

You will greet members, answer questions about memberships and classes, handle phones, and enter information into the computer system. Reliability, computer skills, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Greet members and answer questions about memberships or classes.
• Must be reliable and on time, with good data entry skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to multi-task in a front-desk role.
• Friendly, customer-focused, and able to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in a friendly manner and answer questions about membership or classes.
• Answering telephones and routing inquiries as needed.
• In-processing members and accurately entering information into the computer system.
• Must be able to multi-task and maintain a positive customer service attitude at all times.
• Must have working knowledge of computers and entry of paperwork into the system.
• Any other tasks as needed including sweeping floors, keeping areas neat, making follow-up calls, reports, and filing.

This position musr be able to work weekends and evening shifts. This is a year round position. Not accessible by public transportation.

Physical Requirements

Stand entire shift (from 4-8 hours per day). Bending, stooping, climbing, squatting and reaching below knees and overhead for up to 2 hours per shift.
