Job summary

Cornerstone Clubs in New Hope, PA is seeking a part-time Member Services Specialist to work at the front desk. The role requires weekend, evening, and weekday afternoon availability; it''s a year-round position with potential to move to full time.

You will greet members, manage memberships and classes, handle phones, enrollments, POS transactions, and assist with tours. We value highly organized, reliable individuals with CRM experience and strong communication who are passionate about fitness.

Responsibilities

• Creating an outstanding customer service experience
• Greeting members in a friendly manner and answering any questions about membership or classes
• Must be reliable and on time.
• Answering telephones and corresponding with members.
• In-processing members and accurately entering information into the computer system
• Must be able to multi-task and maintain a positive customer service attitude at all times
• Must have excellent computer skills, data entry for new member enrollments, scheduling services, registering for classes, ringing up point of sale services.
• Give facility tours.
• Assisting in prospect and lead processes, and Quality checking memberships and paperwork.
• Attention to detail, especially on paperwork and entering information into the computer system
• Any other tasks as needed including sweeping floors, keeping areas neat, making follow-up calls to members and prospective members, reports, filing, etc.

Cornerstone Clubs, premier Health and Wellness Facility in Central Bucks County, is looking for a part-time Member Services Specialist to work at our front desk in our New Hope location. This position must be available to work weekends, evenings, and weekday afternoon shifts. This is a year round position with potential to move to full time.

**Not accessible by public transportation.

Physical Requirements

Stand entire shift (from 4-8 hours per day). Bending, stooping, climbing, squatting and reaching below knees and overhead for up to 2 hours per shift.
