Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Familiar with Excel's mission, values and Planet Fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned cleaning and upkeep to maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Balance cash drawers daily and input member information into tablets and POS.
• Ensure members adhere to policies and address infractions.
• Provide a safe and secure environment and high level of member service.
• Stock retail and janitorial items; assist with inventory orders as needed.
• Assist GM and AM with membership promotions and operational strategies.
• Represent the company at community events and outreach activities.
• Communicate with, promote, tour, and assist prospects and potential members.
• Stay up to date on required certifications and training.
