D1 Training Lincolnshire is opening a new front desk role at our Lincolnshire, IL facility. This part-time position focuses on welcoming members, checking in athletes, answering questions, and delivering a friendly, professional experience.

You’ll greet every guest, learn member names, manage simple scheduling, and support coaches and management. The role emphasizes high-energy service, reliability, and a positive, community-driven atmosphere, with compensation of $17–$19/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, or front desk environment preferred but not required.
• Interest or background in sports and fitness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet every athlete, parent, member, and guest as they enter.
• Acknowledge and thank members as they leave.
• Check members into scheduled training sessions.
• Learn member names and build relationships within the D1 community.
• Create a friendly, energetic, and professional atmosphere.
