Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests by name with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage front desk operations including phones, emails, and app messages.
• Maintain accurate Member profiles and preferences for personalized service.
• Provide club information, hours, events, and amenities.
• Assist with reservations for cabanas, dining, and events.
• Maintain reception area, monitor ambiance, and process orders.
• Track guest visits and Member charges; relay messages.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve requests promptly.
• Attend trainings and promote club policies and safety.
