• Patient Registration and Visit Case Management: Welcome patients, check-in/out, collect forms, and ensure complete demographics and insurance information.
• Scheduling, Insurance, and Referrals: Schedule visits, verify eligibility, track referrals and authorizations, communicate unresolved issues.
• Communication and Administrative Follow-Through: Monitor messages, route promptly, document actions, and maintain confidentiality.
• Clinical Cross-Coverage: Assist with rooming, vital signs, and prepare exam rooms within applicable training.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and escalate issues to clinical staff as needed.
