Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of clinical practice experience, preferably in an office setting.
• Comfortable with back-office responsibilities and patient data handling.
• Proof of vaccinations as required for immunocompromised patients.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: greet patients, schedule appointments, take calls, process co-pays.
• Back-office duties: file, document, and process lab orders and physician notes.
• Register patients and update demographics in the system.
• Process billing information and referrals as needed.
