Job summary

Hotel Equities currently seeks a Front Desk Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Piedmont, SC. This full-time role oversees front desk operations, guest services, and staff coordination to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Responsibilities include HR management, program implementation, guest issue resolution, safety procedures, maintenance coordination, and stepping in for the General Manager when needed; Marriott experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of hospitality and business management.
• Strong communication skills with guests and staff.
• Ability to study, analyze and improve practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage front desk operations and guest services to meet goals.
• Manage HR functions, hire/train employees, and conduct reviews.
• Implement company programs and local procedures, ensure SOP compliance.
• Resolve guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure safety for guests and staff.
• Oversee maintenance/sanitation of front/back of house and assets.
• Cover General Manager duties in their absence.
