Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Front Desk Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Piedmont, SC. This full-time role leads hotel front desk operations, drives guest satisfaction, and coordinates with departments to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities include managing front desk staff, implementing brand programs, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety and SOPs. Marriott experience is preferred, and flexibility to work nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes knowledge preferred.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Ability to lead ambassadors and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage front desk operations to meet guest and financial goals.
• Hire, train, and coach front desk staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Implement company/franchise programs and local procedures.
• Resolve guest issues to sustain high satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
• Cover the General Manager's duties in their absence.
