• $12- $16/hr + Bonus Potential

Schedule Details

• Weekdays, weekends, 20-45 hours per week. We close for lunch from 2:00-2:45 Monday-Friday. Full shifts required (work from open to close).

• Experience with point of sale software and accurate patient account management
• Strong phone and computer skills
• At least one year of sales experience
• Participate in marketing/sales efforts to attract new patients

• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services
• Share personal chiropractic experiences
• Work well in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Manage patient flow efficiently

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients
• Gain memberships to meet sales goals (BONUS POTENTIAL)
• Greet members and patients, check-in procedures
• Answer phone calls
• Re-engage inactive members
• Stay updated on membership options and promotions
• Support team goals and foster positive relationships
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
• Confidently present and sell memberships and packages
• Report member concerns to management
• Be willing to learn and grow
• Accept constructive criticism positively
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus
• Stand and/or sit for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds
