Ideal candidates will:

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Operations team to ensure policy adherence
  • Hiring, training, and supervising front desk, Kids Club, and Housekeeping staff
  • Serving as liaison with Corporate Customer Care and assisting the General Manager with member and operational issues
  • Overseeing cash deposits with GM approval and ensuring timely deposits
  • Coordinating with cleaning teams to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Managing cancellations and member retention efforts
  • Addressing member concerns through Medallia
  • Assisting with payroll and ensuring accuracy
  • Enforcing club policies and procedures
  • Staffing and recruitment activities
  • Handling membership inquiries and providing excellent hospitality
  • Leading by example and conducting weekly staff meetings

Must-have qualifications:

  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills

  • Resourcefulness in improving operations
  • Leadership and motivational skills
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Current CPR certification

This role involves physical activity, including moving and lifting up to 25 lbs., standing or walking for extended periods, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor in a clean uniform.
