We are seeking an hourly Front Desk Manager to assist our teams in providing world-class service to our members by leveraging in-depth knowledge of our products and programs. Responsibilities include:

Management/Leadership Duties:
  1. Manage Operations team to ensure policy adherence
  2. Hire, train, and supervise front desk, Kids Club, and Housekeeping staff
  3. Coordinate with Customer Care and other departments to resolve issues
  4. Oversee cash deposits and financial controls
  5. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the club
  6. Manage member cancellations and retention efforts
  7. Address member concerns promptly
  8. Assist with payroll and scheduling
  9. Enforce club policies and promote a positive environment
  10. Recruit and interview potential staff
  11. Lead staff meetings and performance reviews

Must Have:

  • Strong analytical and business judgment skills
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Delegation and organizational abilities
  • Leadership qualities and motivational skills
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Current CPR certification

This role involves physical activity, including moving and lifting up to 25 lbs, standing or walking for extended periods, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
