Job summary

The Department of Fish, Wildlife & Parks in Bozeman seeks an Administrative Assistant 3 to support front desk operations at Region 3 Headquarters. You will issue licenses, provide current regulation information, and assist customers with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell licenses and provide current regulation and agency information.
• Answer phones and restock materials.
• Conduct Aquatic Invasive Species boat checks and assist with tagging animals.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with special projects as needed.
• Work at the Region 3 Headquarters Front Desk in Bozeman.
