Job summary

ELA Container GmbH, a family-run company based in Germany, is seeking a Front Desk Manager (m/f/x) to oversee day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset, serving as the central point of contact at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as hotel specialist, restaurant specialist, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience at the reception desk, ideally with management responsibility.
• Very good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage.

We are seeking a Front Desk Manager (m/f/x) with strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and leadership qualities to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a positive first impression of our property. You will serve as the central point of contact at the front desk, coordinating operations and ensuring a professional, warm welcome for guests, business partners, and internal teams. You will also play an active role in further developing our service and reception concepts.

Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage

Good knowledge of the relevant MS Office programmes, e.g. Outlook
