Responsibilities

• Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, and take messages.
• Greets visitors and directs or escorts them to destinations.
• Assists residents, family members, employees and other visitors as needed; performs general admin tasks.
• Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring access (logbook and surveillance).
• Maintain filing system and file correspondence.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
