Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an entry-level supervisory Front Office role based in Indianapolis. You will support Front Desk, At Your Service (AYS), and Executive Lounge operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences across shifts.

You will lead, coach, and respond to guest concerns, helping to drive guest satisfaction while growing into a Front Desk Manager role within a dynamic hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest services experience preferred; training provided for the right attitude and service instincts.
• Desire to grow into hotel leadership roles with a path to Front Desk Manager.
• Outgoing personality with positive attitude and passion for exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations including check-ins/outs and guest requests.
• Lead and coach Front Desk, AYS, and Executive Lounge teams to meet service standards.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Front Office leadership.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a high-performing team.
