You will lead guest services, supervise front desk staff, and drive revenue while ensuring service excellence and strong operational controls at a key airport-area property. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff development, and managing front desk operations to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and 1+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest service: meet standards, respond to guest needs, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction.
• Financial results and cost control: manage expenses, schedule labor, and meet budget.
• People management and training: evaluate staff, provide feedback, hire, coach, and train.
• Self/workload management: participate in meetings, lead front desk initiatives, plan with detail.
• Safety/risk management: inspect front desk operations and maintain safe work environment.
• Education: ensure appropriate qualifications and ongoing development.
• Experience/knowledge/skills: support 2+ years of service and 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Physical: may lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
