Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets, ensuring top-quality service, compliance with health and liquor regulations, and flawless catering operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will supervise staff, drive revenue and profitability, manage labor and budgets, and develop teams to consistently deliver guest experiences that reflect the BF Saul standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive food & beverage experience required, with at least 1 year in supervisory/management roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and solve problems with staff and guests.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B staff to ensure department operates efficiently and meets business goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and timely responses to needs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; monitor performance and conduct; ensure training records.
• Support revenue goals, control costs, and manage labor according to the budget.
