Responsibilities

• Work the front desk directly — greet clients, manage the floor, and handle check-ins/check-outs and payment processing.
• Own the appointment calendar and ensure smooth scheduling across chairs.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach the front desk team.
• Lead by example during peak hours and support the team.
• Monitor team performance and client experience, address gaps in real time.
• Share accountability for day-to-day salon operations.
• Resolve escalated client concerns with calm judgment.
• Partner with salon leadership on staffing, procedures, and process improvement.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure lobby, retail/front desk area is clean and stocked.
