Job summary

Action Property Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a Front Desk Lead to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You will supervise Front Desk staff, handle guest check-ins, and coordinate administrative tasks under the General Manager.

The role rewards a professional presentation, strong communication, and a willingness to ensure a high standard of service while supporting residents and maintaining security and order in the lobby.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a front desk team.
• Polished and professional presentation and demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Luxury hotel or luxury property management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Represent Action Property Management at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Greet residents and guests and assist with inquiries.
• Supervise Front Desk staff and provide administrative support.
• Coordinate with General Manager to improve lobby service and post orders.
• Monitor lobby activity, manage mail/packages, and handle emergency procedures.
