Job summary

Hyatt Place / Hyatt House Natomas is seeking a leadership-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our hospitality team. You will oversee the daily operations of the front office, guide the front desk team, and serve as an escalation point for elevated guest services.

The ideal candidate combines strong supervisory skills with advanced administrative expertise to maintain service standards, train personnel, and ensure seamless daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of front desk experience in a hotel environment, with at least 1 year in a shift lead or supervisory capacity preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; hospitality degree is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with hotel management software; Microsoft Office interface, and daily auditing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and lead the team on shift to maintain brand service standards.
• Train, mentor, and support front desk agents in daily procedures, software execution, and guest problem resolution.
• Manage shift reconciliations, track inventory, and ensure accurate completion of financial and administrative reporting.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring top-tier overall satisfaction.
