Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in hotel, hospitality, or customer service.

• Proficiency with hotel management software and computer applications.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, welcoming customer service to create positive guest experiences throughout their stay.
• Execute check-in and check-out procedures accurately, manage reservations, and process financial transactions.
