Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on feet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and assist guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Support and train new front desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Manage daily tasks like event sheets, business center support, and lobby upkeep.
