This full-time, swing-shift role requires excellent telephone service and careful handling of medical information. Qualifications

• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to multisite locations.
• Ability to cover after-hours shifts if needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, EMR systems and email.
• Typing 45 wpm or higher preferred.
• Excellent telephone customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work in a healthcare environment and stand/sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review charts for upcoming appointments and confirm information accuracy.
• Instruct patients on intake forms, case histories and other documentation.
• Secure all medical records and confidential information per procedures.
• Direct patients to appropriate services to maintain clinic flow.
• Perform quality audits on documents for accuracy and completion.
• Complete close-out paperwork upon check-out.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Audit end of day Visit Data daily.
• Support case management and provider staff with special requests.
• Maintain front desk organization and supply inventory.
• Answer multi-line phone calls and route inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate with medical schedules for follow-ups and conflicts.
• Close daily front desk operations securely.
• Demonstrate responsible behavior and effective communication.
• Show competency and problem solving related to duties.
