Responsibilities

• Serve as the front desk contact for patient walk-ins.
• Provide phone support to patients, providers, and requestors.
• Process ROI requests accurately and timely.
• Fax, scan, and manage medical record requests.
• Burn images to CDs and share electronically.
• Support client relationships through professional communication.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy controls.
