Job summary

Hotel Indigo Orange Beach, part of Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC, seeks a Guest Services Agent to greet guests, manage registrations, assist with reservations, and offer local guidance. You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth stay.

The role requires a professional, friendly demeanor, good computer and cash handling skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods. This is a full-time position with benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–12 months of experience in guest relations or a related role.
• Excellent computer and cash handling skills are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and provide friendly, guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration and check-ins/outs, provide room rate quotes and up-sell when possible.
• Assist guests with inquiries and directions, and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Manage phone inquiries and reservations, and process charges accurately.
• Pre-register and block reservations, including same-day and some future bookings.
• Resolve guest complaints and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
