Job summary

The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection, in the Houston area, seeks a friendly Front Office associate to deliver superior guest service by handling calls, directions, and requests with professionalism.

You will manage wake-up calls, coordinate with security and operations, and maintain accurate information in a fast-paced environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow in a longstanding team.

Qualifications

• Must communicate well with guests.
• Ability to effectively deal with associates and customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to sit for long periods while performing essential job functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly and route to the correct extension.
• Greet callers with a positive, clear voice and identify callers’ needs.
• Transcribe and relay messages accurately.
• Input and retrieve messages using the computer system.
• Page guests and staff via public address and radios when needed.
• Coordinate with security, guest services and operations as dispatcher.
