Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman is seeking a Guest Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for guests, managing check-in/check-out and providing warm, efficient service across front desk and digital channels. This hourly, full-time role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork to ensure smooth stays, accurate billing, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to resolve guest issues calmly and efficiently.
• Comfort with computers and hotel or reservation systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly, efficient check-in and check-out process, and accurately process related documentation and payments.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels, providing information about services and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations; enter guest details into the property management system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to accommodate special requests and resolve issues.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism, escalating to a supervisor when needed.
• Verify identification and payment methods per hotel policies and maintain lobby area.
